We contacted Paul from Excelability for assistance. We had an initial chat with Paul regarding our requirements and he came up with a training program to address our needs.  We agreed upon a series of one-hour sessions once a week for a 2-3-month period.

By the end of the training period, we were able to not only understand how to make changes to the Access database, we were also taught how to use Excel to extract, present and interpret the data.

We felt very empowered after our training as we have now gained the ability to use the database optimally and efficiently. Paul is a very patient and organised trainer and is dedicated to answer the specific questions that we had.

We enjoyed the fact that the training session was tailored to our specific organisation, as it made it easier for us to understand the content.
